    2022 IBEW Local 22 Scholarship

    • Deadline March 31, 2022
    • Graduating high school seniors who are children/dependents of Local 22 members in good standing
    • ACT Score must be sent to UNO for consideration
    • Free Application For Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) application required
    • Awards decided on financial need, leadership, and academic ability
       
    2022 Bob Pulliam Scholarship Fund
    • Deadline March 31, 2022
    • Graduating high school seniors who are children/dependents of Building Trades affiliated union members in good standing
    • 2.0 GPA or Higher Recommended

    2022 Theodore Billy Scholarship

    • Deadline March 31, 2022
    • Graduating high school seniors who are children/dependents of Local 22 members in good standing
    • Must submit a copy of ACT score.

    2022 Omaha/Southwest Iowa Building Trades Scholarship

    • Deadline March 31, 2022
    • Graduating high school seniors who are children/dependents of Building Trades affiliated union members in good standing
    • 2.0 GPA or Higher Recommended

    IBEW Founders Scholarship

    • Application Due May 1, 2022
    • Scholarship for IBEW members themselves
    • $200 per credit hour up to $24,000 for secondary or post-secondary education

    Union Plus Scholarship

    • Application Deadline January 31, 2022
    • Award Date May 31, 2022
    • $500-$4,000

    Eligibility Criteria

    • Current and retired members of unions participating in any Union Plus program, their spouses, and their dependent children (as defined by the IRS regulations) are eligible.  Grandchildren are not eligible unless a legal dependent (as defined by IRS regulations).  At least one year of continuous union membership by the applicant, applicant's spouse or parent (if applicant is dependent).  The one-year membership minimum must be satisfied by May 31, 2022.
    • Members of participating unions from the U.S., Puerto Rico, Guam and the U.S. Virgin Islands and Canada.
    • The applicant must be accepted into a U.S. accredited college, university, community college, technical, or trade school at the time the award is issued.  Awards must be used for the 2022-2023 school year.
    • Undergraduate and graduate students are eligible to apply.
